Guarantee Policy: A deposit equal to the first night's room and tax will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. This deposit will be refunded in full if reservation is cancelled by 3:00pm on the day before arrival. If you should need to cancel your reservation, please call 800.937.0010 before 3:00pm the day before your intended arrival in order to obtain a deposit refund. Excludes non-refundable rates. Full pre-payment may be required for special events, holidays, packages, and refundable discounted rates when available.
A $100 per night deposit for incidentals is required at check in.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations booked within 24 hours of arrival date cannot be cancelled and a penalty of one night's room and tax will be charged to the credit card on the reservation for failure to check-in or attempted cancellation.
General Policy: Guest must be 21 years of age or older to reserve and check-in to a room. Children 17 and younger stay free when accompanied by an adult 21 or older in the same room.
Room requests are based on availability at time of arrival, including smoking and/or bed preference. Every effort will be made to accommodate all requests.
Valid photo ID (Driver's license, passport, military ID) and credit card is required upon check-in.
Rates are based upon single or double occupancy. An extra $30 will be charged for each additional guest up to a maximum of 4 guests per room.
Complimentary or Casino Rated reservations require the primary guest to check-in, rates subject to change if the primary guest is not available upon check-in. Guest will be charged $50 for a no-show fee for Complimentary Rooms not cancelled
Complimentary reservations subject to cancelation at 9pm on night of arrival unless the front desk is notified of late arrival, management reserves all right.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 3 days from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly hotel. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 per stay/per pet will be assessed at the time of check-in. Dogs must be on a leash and supervised at all times while in public areas. Pets must be 50 pounds or less. No aggressive animals allowed.
